How do I place an order?
Choose your products and add them to the shopping cart. You can review, change, or delete the contents of the shopping cart before purchasing. Click on the shopping cart icon and then follow the steps to input your billing and shipping information; you will receive an order number on the confirmation page after clicking the Submit button.
You can purchase online as a guest or set up a KJUS customer account with just a few steps; customers with KJUS account receive complimentary standard shipping on all orders and can also view the status of their orders in their customer accounts under "My orders".

After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation per email with your order details. If it takes more than a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.
Are the products automatically reserved for me as soon as I add them to my shopping cart?
No, the products are only yours once you have submitted the order.

How do I know if I have the right size?
You can refer to the size guide on our product pages, where you will find equivalents across international sizes and the exact dimensions of our products. You can also use our Fit Finder tool on product pages to help determine which size fits you best.
I cannot find what I'm looking for online; where else can I find a certain product?
We post all products that are available at the time of your visit. Items in certain sizes or colors which are not available are not able be added to the shopping bag.
