Am I eligible to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive your order. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Only items purchased on KJUS.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
How can I return my order?
We make returns simple! Please use the provided FedEx label included in your parcel. The item(s) can be returned with the label either at a FedEx drop-off site or you can schedule a FedEx pickup at FedEx.com.
What should I do if I cannot find the return label?

Do you charge me for a return?
Returns are complimentary; a prepaid return label is included in the order.
When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?
After the returned goods have been received, we will process them within one week; you should receive the credited amount to your account shortly after.
Can I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
