How can I return an item?
You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive the goods in your order. The return label is included in the parcel, along with a cancelation form. The item can be returned with this label either at a FedEx drop-off site or you can schedule a FedEx pickup at FedEx.com.

Do you charge me for a return?
Returns are complimentary; a prepaid return label is included in the order.
When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?
After the returned goods have been received, we will process them within one week; you should receive the credited amount to your account shortly after.
Can I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
