Am I eligible to return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive your order. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Only items purchased on (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.


How can I return my order?

We make returns simple! Please use our returns portal to submit your return item(s).Once you’re registered for your return, you can download and print the return label and packing slip. Pack your item(s) in a box and ship your return with the label either at a FedEx drop-off site or you can schedule a FedEx pickup at


What should I do if I cannot find the return label?

Once submitting your return through our portal, a copy of your return label and packing slip are emailed to you. If you didn’t receive the ‘Return Initiated’ email or print the label after completing your return submission, please contact our Customer Service team for a new label at 800-848-0468


Do you charge me for a return?

Returns are complimentary; a prepaid return label is available through our returns portal.


When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?

After the returned goods have been received, we will process them within seven business days; you should receive the credited amount to your account shortly after.


Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
