Our UPF sun protection is built into the fabric of our apparel. Our tight knit and woven designs physically block the sun’s rays. When combined with cooling yarns and anti-wicking and fast-drying properties, it ensures you are fully supported in the hot summer sun. Our UPF ratings are tested by placing fabric under a spectrophotometer, which measures visible light, and then exposing it to UV light. The spectrophotometer measures how much light is passing through the fabric and a calculation is done to determine the UPF of the fabric.
