1. Scope and purpose of personal data collection, processing and use

When you visit our website, our servers temporarily save every access to a log file. We collect the following data without any effort on your part, which will be saved for up to twelve months before being deleted automatically:

Customers can review and change their account information at any time by logging into his customer account settings. In addition, the consumer can request the complete deletion of his/her account.
c. When using the website as a registered customer
When a registered customer logs in and uses the website, we collect data for statistical reasons and in order to administer the website and for internal operations, including trouble shooting, data analysis, testing research, statistical and survey purposes also, to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.. We collect the following data regarding:

d. When purchasing products in the online shop or requesting other services
If you want to purchase any products in our online shop, we need various data in order to process and fulfill your order. The following data must be provided:
- First- and Surname;
- Billing Address / Delivery Address;
- Date of Birth;
- Payment information (depending on the chosen payment method);
- Login-Date (in you are registered customer); and
- Phone Number.
The phone number is collected in order to provide you after-sale-services (if necessary). The phone number is not used to contact your for marketing purposes. We will not disclose or sell your phone number to any third party provider of marketing services.
In connection with your orders in the online shop, the processing of such orders, and the provision of requested services, we collect, store and process, in addition to personal data already collected when you register for a retailer or consumer account or when you use the website as registered retailer or as consumer, the following data:
- Information regarding the products that you have ordered;

2. Use of your data for promotional purposes
a. Newsletter/email marketing/online marketing
We will only send you a newsletter at your express request. When subscribing to the newsletter, your email address will be used for our own promotional activities, subject to your agreement until you unsubscribe the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe-link at the bottom of each newsletter. Based on a cookie, we obtain statistical analysis from YouTube on the demand of the videos embedded on our websites.
For all embedded YouTube Videos on our Website we use the so-called "extended data protection mode" provided by YouTube. In this case, a cookie is stored on your computer only when playing the video. According to Google, in the applied data protection mode, no personally identifiable information is saved.
