How much time do I have to return something?
Products must be returned in resalable condition within 14 days. The period of cancellation begins on the day of delivery.
When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?
After the returned goods have been received, we will process them within one week and then credit the amount to your account. If there is a high volume of work, it might take up to two weeks.
What does it cost me to return something?
We include a return shipment label with your order which guarantees free shipping.
Does the merchandise need to be in the original packaging?
Ideally the products should be received in the original packaging. If the products are in a resalable condition, we will also accept them even without the original packaging.
Can I exchange a product?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you would like an exchange, we ask you to reorder and return the original merchandise.
How can I cancel my order?
We include a cancellation form with the order that includes the order positions. Please make a note by the relevant position the reason for the return. The shipping box can be resealed so that only a small amount of packaging is incurred.
Who should I contact if I can’t find my cancellation form?
If you have lost your cancellation form, please contact our customer service. They will then send you a new one per postal service.
What should I do if I cannot find the package label?
If you can’t find your package label, please return the package to us on your own.
