What payment possibilities are offered by KJUS?
KJUS accepts the following credit cards:
- Visa / MasterCard (worldwide)
- American Express (Switzerland only)
- Diners Club (Switzerland and individual EU countries)
- PostFinance Card (Switzerland only)
- PayPal (Switzerland and individual EU countries)
- Discover & JCB (USA)
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, if you pay using PayPal you will be transferred to the external PayPal website. Then, you will have to either login again (if you have used PayPal earlier) or you will have to register (if you are using PayPal for the first time).
After you made your PayPal payment, you will automatically be returned to our online shop (KJUS website). Please wait until you have successfully returned. Your order will be processed immediately if the payment amount is credited to our PayPal account.
Payments using PayPal are only possible for Switzerland and Europe (excluding the USA).
What happens if my payment is refused by the credit card organization or PayPal?
Payment is only executed if the relevant credit card company, or PayPal has been authorized. In the event that payment is refused, KJUS reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a case, we will contact you.
When is my card definitely charged?
The credit card is immediately charged.
Is my purchase with KJUS online safe?
Don’t worry. To ensure that your online purchase is as safe and easy as possible, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that the data which is sent over the internet is encrypted and protected. When SSL is activated, you will see a padlock and/or an address beginning with https instead of the usual http in the browser address line. This means that you are working now in the secure mode.
Where do I find the invoice for the order?
Your invoice is sent with the shipping confirmation.
How do I get a refund in the event of a return?
If you send something back for a refund, the amount will appear as a credit to your account as soon as possible or within 30 days on the credit card or PayPal account. All returned merchandise is checked for faultless condition (clean and with the original labels). The reimbursement can be made after that.
What happens when my payment has been denied?
If you payment is denied, first check to see that all details of your credit card are correct. If it still doesn’t work, please contact your credit card company or our customer service.
