How do I order?
Choose your products and use the shopping cart icon to put them in the shopping cart without obligation. You can change or delete the contents of the shopping cart before purchasing.
We ask for your billing address and shipping address at the end. You can purchase as a guest or set up a customer account with just a few steps. Then, it will be ready the next time you want to buy something.
You can check your order once more and finish the purchase by clicking on the "Purchase" icon.
After your order is sent, you’ll receive a confirmation per email. It may take a few minutes. Be sure to also check your spam folder. Make sure that your email address is correct.
Can I order over the phone?
No, you can only order online through our website.
Are the products automatically reserved for me as soon as I put them in the shopping cart?
No, the products are only yours once you have completed the order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No, once your order has been completed, you may not change anything. After you have received the products, you have the right to return them.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Shortly after you complete your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation per email. As soon as the merchandise is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Registered customers can also view the status of their orders in their customer accounts under "My orders"

How do I know if I have the right size?
Please see our sizing chart. There you will find equivalent sizes for international sizes and the exact dimensions of our products. You can measure yourself and find out what size fits you best.
I cannot find a product I want in the online shop.
All products which are available at the time of your visit are shown in the product view. Sizes and colors which are not available may not be added to the shopping cart and correspondingly highlighted in color.
Can I order products which have been sold-out or make a pre-order?
Sold-out products can no longer be ordered. Pre-ordering is also not possible.
Can products from last season be ordered?
Yes, we also offer articles from last season.
What happens when the product I ordered can no longer be delivered?
It is possible as an exception that the KJUS products you ordered can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will reimburse your payment. And of course we will notify you promptly.
Is the price indicated the final price?
We show the price of the merchandise in the currency valid in your country of residence as long as this is euros, US dollars, pound sterling or Swiss francs. The prices include VAT. If your country uses a different currency, we show the price in euros or US dollars.
