How can I return the item?

You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive the goods in your order. Unless you are in the UK, the return label is included in the parcel you receive your order with. The item can be returned with this label.

If you are in the UK, initiate your return by visiting our UPS portalOnce you enter the required information, you can print the pre-paid return label and deposit the parcel at your nearest UPS parcel shop.


 

If your parcel was delivered by DPD, please bring back your return to the next DPD parcel shop. The next parcel shop can be located on www.dpd.com. Just in case, you will find DPD’s phone number on the backside of the return label.

If your parcel was delivered by Fedex, your parcel can be picked up at home. Therefore please find all information on www.fedex.com.

If your parcel was delivered by DHL, please bring back your return to the next DHL parcel shop. The next parcel shop can be located on www.dhl.com. Print your own return label with the link in your shipping confirmation email

How can I cancel my order?

We include a cancellation form with the order that includes the order positions. Please make a note by the relevant position the reason for the return. The shipping box can be resealed so that only a small amount of packaging is incurred. You have 14 days after the day you (or the person you nominated for delivery) receive the goods in your order.

What does it cost me to return something?

For non-UK orders, we include a return shipment label, which provides complimentary return shipping.

For orders delivered to the UK, customers can print a return label through the UPS portal and drop the parcel off at their nearest UPS parcel shop - which provides complimentary return shipping.

When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?

After the returned goods have been received, we will process them within one week and then credit the amount to your account. If there is a high volume of work, it might take up to two weeks.

Can I exchange a product?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you would like an exchange, we ask you to reorder and return the original merchandise.

Who should I contact if I can’t find my cancellation form?

If you have lost your cancellation form, please contact our customer service. They will then send you a new one per postal service.

What should I do if I cannot find the package label?

Please send your request to our customer service. We will send you a new return label.

UK customers can print a new label through the UPS portal.

Can I return an item purchased with a voucher?

An item purchased using a voucher cannot be returned as vouchers will not be refunded.
